Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European distance selling regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item, without having to provide any reason.
How to return an item
Contact us via our contact page, stating your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with its complete packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The refund will be made to the payment method used during the purchase, within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item.
Defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with photos of the defect. A solution (exchange, refund, or coverage of return costs) will be offered to you.
